MAKING A PURCHASE
While many products on KeeyPon offer free shipping, others do have a shipping fee associated with them which can vary based on the distance the product is traveling, the type of product, the level of delivery service selected, etc...
Products with free shipping will often be identified as such "#FreeShipping" on the product listing page.
To confirm whether an item has free shipping, you could also look for the "Check Out" section.
The shipping cost will be reflected in the order review section once you place an item in your shopping cart, and before you are asked for payment.
At this time, all items sold on the keeypon.com ship within the continental United States. Shipping to other international locations is not yet available.
Order will be shipped via various carriers, for example, FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS. Your order will be left at your doorstep if a signature is not required.
We currently only accept PayPal as a payment method.
You will receive an email with the tracking number from KeeyPon.
If it has been more than 3 days since you completed your order and tracking is not yet available please send a message requesting an update using the “GET HELP”.
